Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Rewin handles refunds, reversals, duplicate payments, promotional credits, subscription payments, and reward-related issues. By making a payment or using paid Rewin services, you agree to this policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to payments made on Rewin for business subscriptions, plan upgrades, promotional credits, campaign services, and other paid platform features. It does not apply to food, hotel stays, salon services, gym services, or any other offline service purchased directly from a participating business.
2. Business Subscription Payments
Subscription fees paid by businesses are generally non-refundable once the paid plan has been activated, platform access has been provided, or included credits and features have become available. Businesses are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, feature limits, and billing terms before completing payment.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If a duplicate payment, accidental extra payment, or payment processing error occurs, the business may request a review. If Rewin verifies that the extra payment was not used for an active plan, campaign, offer, credit, or other service, we may issue a refund or adjust the amount as platform credits.
4. Failed or Pending Payments
If money is deducted but the payment is not confirmed by the payment provider, the amount is usually reversed by the bank or payment provider according to their timelines. Rewin will rely on payment gateway confirmation before marking a transaction as successful. If the payment later fails, no plan activation or refund from Rewin will be applicable because the amount was not received by Rewin.
5. Promotional Credits and Trial Credits
Free trial credits, promotional credits, bonus credits, goodwill credits, or discounted test-plan credits are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. These credits may expire, be limited to specific features, or be removed if misuse is detected.
6. Campaigns, Offers, and Notifications
Payments or credits used for campaigns, offer promotion, targeted notifications, visibility boosts, or similar promotional actions are non-refundable once the campaign has been scheduled, processed, sent, delivered, or partially consumed. If a campaign fails because of a confirmed Rewin system issue, Rewin may provide a retry, credit adjustment, or partial refund at its discretion.
7. Customer Rewards and Redemptions
Coins, rewards, coupons, and offers provided to customers are promotional benefits and do not carry cash value. Customers cannot request a cash refund for reward coins or unused offers. Any issue related to a restaurant, cafe, hotel, salon, gym, or partner service should first be raised with the participating business.
8. Partner Business Responsibility
Participating businesses are responsible for honoring the offers, rewards, menu details, redemption terms, and services they publish on Rewin. Rewin may help review disputes, but Rewin is not responsible for refunding a customer for offline services provided by a participating business unless required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after plan activation
- Failure to use subscribed features during the billing period
- Low campaign engagement or business outcome expectations
- Violation of Rewin policies or account suspension due to misuse
- Incorrect information provided by the user or business during setup
- Rewards, coins, free credits, trial credits, or promotional balances
10. Refund Review Process
Refund requests must include the registered email address, business name if applicable, transaction reference, payment date, payment amount, and a clear reason for the request. Rewin may ask for additional information before making a decision. Submission of a request does not guarantee refund approval.
11. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, and payment gateway timelines may vary. Rewin is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or incorrect payment information.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised through a bank or payment provider, Rewin may temporarily restrict paid features, pause plan benefits, or suspend related services until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse may lead to account action.
13. Policy Updates
Rewin may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Rewin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
14. Contact for Refund Requests
For refund-related questions or requests, contact Rewin with your transaction details and registered account information.
