2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use Rewin. If you use the app on behalf of a restaurant or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Although your data is stored and handled with care and security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or breaches.
By using Rewin, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with data storage and transmission, and you agree to take necessary precautions to protect your account information.
4. Reviews and Content
Reviews, photos, and messages submitted through Rewin must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on any rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these.
All content you submit remains your responsibility, and Rewin and the authority will not be liable for any reviews you post. By reviewing a restaurant, you acknowledge that your review may be visible to other users and the restaurant itself, and you agree to provide honest and constructive feedback.
You also grant the authorities to use your review in our marketing efforts. Though we gurantee that we will not use your review in a way that identifies you personally, we may use the content of your review to promote Rewin and to train our algorithms.
Though we strive to maintain a positive and respectful community, we cannot guarantee that all reviews will be positive or free from criticism. We encourage users to provide honest feedback while adhering to our content guidelines.
5. Coins, Rewards, and Redemption
Coins and rewards are promotional features and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Redemption rules, expiry dates, and partner conditions apply to each reward. Coins and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We reserve the right to revoke coins or rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the app.
Redemption of rewards is subject to the terms and conditions set by the restaurant partners, and we are not responsible for any issues related to the fulfillment of rewards by the restaurants.
Though we respect the autonomy of our restaurant partners, we encourage them to honor the rewards and provide a positive experience for users. If you encounter any issues with redeeming rewards, please contact our support team for assistance.
The availability of rewards may vary based on location, restaurant participation, and other factors. We do not guarantee the availability of specific rewards at all times.
The calculation of coins is totally based on the amount spent at the restaurant, and the conversion rate is totally based on our algorithm and it is fixed. We reserve the right to adjust the conversion rate or the criteria for earning coins at any time to ensure a fair and sustainable rewards system. We assure that any changes in the conversion rate will not exploit our users or our partners.
6. Restaurant Partnerships
Restaurant partners are responsible for the offers, menu details, service quality, and fulfillment of rewards they publish on Rewin.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information or the quality of service provided by restaurant partners. Any issues with restaurant experiences should be directed to the restaurant or reported to us for review.
We encourage users to provide honest feedback about their dining experiences, but we cannot guarantee that all reviews will be positive or free from criticism. We strive to maintain a respectful community and encourage constructive feedback while adhering to our content guidelines.
We also encourage restaurant partners to maintain high standards of service and to honor the rewards offered through Rewin, but we cannot guarantee that all partners will meet these expectations. If you encounter any issues with a restaurant partner, please add your valuable review on our app.
Our partners also hereby accept that they will drop at least two offers per month to ensure a vibrant and rewarding experience for our users. We reserve the right to review and suspend restaurant partners that do not meet our standards or violate our policies.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the app, submit fake bills, create fraudulent reviews, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with the operation of Rewin.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these Terms, including suspension or termination of access to the app and legal action if necessary.
Hereby we reserve that the right to take strict legal actions against any who is regularly submitting fake bills and submitting fake reviews that affects the reputation of our partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
However we strictly prohibit such actions that violates our community guidelines and exploits other users and our partners, and we reserve the right to take strict legal actions against such users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rewin is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify users of any significant changes through the app or via email. However these updates will not affect your experience the app or you will not be exploited by these updates, and we will ensure that any changes are fair and reasonable for our users and our partners.
